In addition to her financial background, Sylvia has developed valuable expertise in the real estate sector, serving as an office manager and administrator for a large brokerage. In this role, she further strengthened her ability to streamline day-to-day operations, develop and implement compliance procedures with ongoing oversight to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and support agents and staff in a dynamic environment.
Outside of work, Sylvia enjoys making the most of the Okanagan lifestyle with her family and friends. She can often be found paddleboarding on Kalamalka Lake, cycling, or hiking during the warmer months. In the winter, she enjoys snowshoeing and relaxing with a good book by the fireplace.
